The school is fortunate to be located on a spectacular site in Hillcrest, the iThemba campus. The entrance gate and driveway are lined by a striking row of trees which form ‘the gate of opportunity'. From this elevated site students are inspired by the panoramic views over the Valley of 1000 Hills.
The 40 acre campus, with mainly indigenous flora, is an ideal hub for education to flourish. With strong links to schools in the Embo Valley, Waterfall College’s outreach programme is set to blossom.
The school has plans to expand in the future and sports facilities will be enhanced.
The iThemba Academy, a junior school, is situated adjacent to the College's new classrooms and the two are set to benefit from each other. |
