The Waterfall College Dramatic Arts Department has rapidly established itself. The students are embracing this new subject area, having enjoyed the aspects of Drama learnt in the earlier grades during Arts & Culture. Dramatic Arts enhances the student’s ability to understand the joys and sufferings of the human condition.
The course is academically rigorous and has both a theoretical and practical component. The theory aspect calls on many of the same language and interpretation skills as the subjects History and English. The practical aspect involves groupwork and requires the utmost commitment.
Every year, Waterfall College presents the school play, and the Dramatic Arts students invest time and effort in this experience, proving their talents on and off stage.
