College > Sport
Waterfall College has a growing sports department, headed by Mr Lindo Mthalane. The school focuses on areas that enable the students to compete regularly using the facilities on campus, thus encouraging a healthy lifestyle and a culture of team spirit.
This offering complements the multitude of external sports available to students through community clubs. Current school sporting activities include Karate, Rugby (7s and Touch Rugby), Soccer (Boys and Girls), Netball, Tennis, Advanced Fitness, Cross Country and Mountain Biking. *Our basketball court is in the process of being relocated due to classroom construction.
Sport is an important part of a well-rounded education and we aim to expose our students to a range of sports to promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
